About Us

The Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative is made up of 29 member libraries that include 27 county libraries and two city libraries.

The Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library, formerly the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library, is located in the heart of Westchase. This 26,000 square foot facility offers a full range of services including books, magazines, DVDs, music, WiFi and Internet access, a variety of programs and activities for children and adults, large community rooms for meetings, and a beautiful gazebo. In addition to the technology common to all library locations, the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library has:

- Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Assistive technology
- Cooking oil recycling station

The Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library has a large collection of books, DVDS, audiobooks, music CDs, and more!
Internet computers and small study rooms are available for use.
There is comfortable seating throughout the library.
Our large children's area is filled with materials for little hands and growing minds.
Our interactive learning stations are fun and engaging.
Their are many perfect spots for parents and care givings can read to their little ones
Our booth seating provide privacy and convenient access to electrical plugs for laptops and phones
Our three laptop bars are perfect areas to plug in a laptop and get to work using the library's free WIFI.
Our oversize chairs provide the provide location to enjoy a good book.
