Ted Yeatts is an award-winning hotelier, speaker, and business coach. Over the past decade he has generated millions of dollars for independent businesses by developing unique, personal, and memorable customer experiences.

As a business coach, he specializes in showing small and independent business owners how to outcompete the big brands and franchises in their market by creating a “Sense of Belonging” that leads to dramatic increases in customer loyalty, referrals, and average customer value.


Ted is a frequent speaker and podcast guest sharing his unique perspective on integrating hospitality into businesses across all industries.
