With a diverse background that includes living in the US, El Salvador, Germany, and Mexico, Richard brings a unique cultural perspective to his work. He has achieved significant milestones, including publishing several books, speaking at international venues, and serving as the eCommerce manager for Central America's largest airline. During his tenure there, Richard and his team successfully increased online sales from $20,000 per month to over $200,000 per day. 

Now based in Tampa, Richard runs Epic180, where he helps businesses achieve breakthrough growth through AI-driven marketing solutions. He is known for his trustworthiness, integrity, and customer-centric approach. Richard specializes in bridging the gap between ambitious goals and the technology that enables them.
