Mixer

Description

If you are interested in hosting a mixer please contact Jerry Peruzzi at jperuzzi@utbchamber.com.  

Below are the requirements to host a mixer.

The Host will:

  • Provide complimentary appetizers and a variety of beverages for attendees (1 free drink per attendee).  (Non-restaurant hosts should feel free to secure a co-host or sponsor to help with the above);
  • Provide at least two door prizes for business card raffle;
  • Provide two tables for use by the Chamber staff for registration and membership/business card displays;
  • Provide a spokesperson to speak to the group for approximately 5 minutes about your business and help with door prize give-a-ways;
  • Provide background music of your choice.

Provide 60 days notice in the event of cancellation or postponement.
