Description

John Melendez, Senior Business Development Manager with TECO Lighting Operations, has over 25 years of experience in transportation/infrastructure planning and engineering consulting. His experience includes planning, design, business development, quasi-judicial and expert witness testimony, and community engagement. John served as a Governor Appointee to the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) Board, where he chaired several committees over a seven-year tenure. A father of two daughters, he resides in Northwest Tampa with his wife and enjoys all things on the water.


 

John will be speaking on the basics of lighting and photometric design and how it can benefit your community or business.
