Come and celebrate the rich history of Oldsmar at our annual parade.

This is free for anyone attending, but registration is required for anyone requesting to join in the parade.

* This form must be completed for every motor vehicle. Other groups, such as a pack of golf carts, bicycles, or walkers, may register together under a single point of contact.

Parade Rules & Regulations: Everyone plays a role in a successful event.

Safe Planning: Safety is inherent in everyone’s planning and is a partnership between the organizers and the participants. Organizers require your active help to mitigate risks. Drivers must remain focused exclusively on the spacing and flow of participants at all times.
Item Distribution: Items such as candy, beads, and flyers must be thrown away from vehicles or floats. This helps to prevent children and spectators from running into the street between moving vehicles.
Route & Endurance: The parade route is approximately 1.5 miles and typically takes less than two hours to complete. Please ensure all participants in your group have appropriate footwear, attire, and plenty of water. Motorized entries must have sufficient fuel for the duration.
Pets: Well-mannered pets are welcome! However, they must remain leashed at all times and must not be disruptive to other participants, animals, or spectators. Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup.
Vehicle Requirements: All drivers must be at least 18 years old, licensed, and insured. "Burnouts," reckless maneuvers, or sudden stops are strictly prohibited.
Height Clearance: Entries must not exceed 13’ 6” in height to clear trees and power lines.

Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement

By submitting this registration, the applicant/organization agrees to the following:

Insurance & Licensing: I certify that any motorized vehicles used in this entry are covered by valid auto liability insurance and operated by a licensed driver. I understand that the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and the City of Oldsmar do not provide insurance for participants.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that a 1.5-mile parade route involves risks, including traffic hazards, weather conditions, and proximity to crowds. I voluntarily assume all risks for my organization’s participants and pets.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, the City of Oldsmar, and their officials and volunteers from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from our participation in this event.
Adherence to Rules: I have read and shared the "Safe Planning" guidelines with my group and agree to follow all instructions provided by parade marshals and law enforcement.
