DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fantastic Joint-Chamber Networking event at BayCare Ballpark. The season is getting in full swing\, and the Clearwater Threshers and Tampa Yankees will be going out swinging. Meet us on the Club Level and Party Suites\, offering the best view of the action. This includes a flat-screen cable TV with tables and chairs indoors\, along with AC and comfortable padded balcony seats outside. Entry costs $38 per person and includes a buffet line with chicken tenders\, hot dogs\, meatballs\, deluxe mac & cheese\, salad\, salty snacks\, a cookie and brownie platter\, and ice cream sandwiches. There will also be plenty of soft drinks\, bottled water\, and bottled beer available for our Joint Chamber Members.\nPromotional Tables! $50: We have tables for exhibitors to display promotional items and connect with other attendees. Only 12 tables are available\, so reserve yours when you sign up now! (Entry ticket sold separately)\nSponsorships: Want to be advertised across three incredible Chambers of Commerce? As you approach the main stairway entrance\, there is a tunnel entrance just to the right off the parking lot level. Security personnel will be on hand to greet you. This is a by-name roster for admission\, so please do not show up on the same day requesting a late swap for security. Once clear\, they will direct you to the elevator and the event area.\n* * * If you purchased a promotional table\, you will be able to enter at 4:30pm to set up. A single table will be provided. You may use a wagon to bring in your promotional materials. Tents or umbrellas are not allowed\, but you may bring in signs to place on or directly behind your table.
