Broadstone Rocky Creek Public Meeting

Description

Members of the Broadstone Rocky Creek Development Team will deliver a presentation about a proposed project and answer the public's questions. The developers have made several changes to address the community's concerns about the previous plan and have come back with a better solution that respects the beauty of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail and all users for generations to come.
 
The major change is the plan will not change the alignment of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail and instead build a wooden pedestrian/bike bridge along the trail allowing cars to pass without interrupting the enjoyment of your path. This is also the best way to ensure safety and convenience for all who use the trail.  Attached is a summary of the project that would be helpful for those who plan on attending.
