Description
"The dogmas of the quiet past are inadequate to the stormy present. The occasion is piled high with difficulty and we must rise with the occasion. As our case is new, we must think anew and act anew."
Abraham Lincoln
How are you thinking and acting "anew?"
For a small business or a locally-based not-for-profit, the COVID-19 pandemic gives you two distinct choices which will determine your future: you can go back to a business, a community, a customer base that might not be there anymore - or you can reboot, relaunch and rebuild a different business.
This workshop will highlight steps you can be taking in planning for your recovery. You'll learn ideas and opportunities to leverage your business as you pivot to a new business environment. Most of all, you'll have the opportunity to develop a routine to maximize your efforts.
When executing the D-Day Invasion, General Dwight D. Eisenhower said "The plan was worthless, but the planning was priceless." The "Field of Dreams" philosophy (if you build it, they will come) doesn't work much in real life.
For those resilient (and engaged) business owners and NFP, I will make available a 2-hour one-on-one discussion to help strategize your "new" grand opening: Delivering the right message, to the right target market through the right channels.
