Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. Wear loose, comfortable clothing like yoga wear, and bring layers for temperature changes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the session to get settled on your mat. Class starts promptly at 7:30pm and doors will be locked.
