Join us for a serene sound bath experience, where calming tones and harmonic vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and inner peace. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over you, releasing stress and restoring balance. Relax and renew your mind, body and spirit. You’ll be glad you did!

**Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for your comfort**

Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the session starting to allow yourself sufficient time to get settled on your mat. Class starts promptly at 6:00 PM.
