President & CEO
Mr. Mudano has a unique blend of business, government and non-profit experience which has helped him to develop AmSkills Workforce Training and Apprenticeships into an increasingly successful organization for the Manufacturing industry. Mr. Mudano is President and CEO of AmSkills, established in 2014 as an Economic Development Initiative for the Tampa Bay Region with a Mission to Transform Lives and Strengthen Communities Through Workforce Training and Apprenticeships.
AmSkills, is helping the manufacturing industry overcome barriers of recruiting and training a skilled workforce by implementing creative ways to RECRUIT, TRAIN and SUSTAIN youth, adults, veterans, and the economically impacted. AmSkills programs include the first Advanced Manufacturing Academy in Pasco County at Anclote High School, implementing the first Florida Department of Education (FDOE) Registered High School Pre-Apprenticeship in the State; and manages numerous FDOE Registered Apprenticeships including Machining (CNC), Mechatronics & Robotics. This summer, the AmSkills Workforce Training Center will open, a 14,000sf training facility, which will include training for the for the local community, the Tampa Bay Region, Universal Robotics, Amatrol Regional Training Center, HAAS CNC Machining and the first Gold Standard Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) micro-credentials programs.
