Description

Since 2002, The Great West Chase and it's amazing sponsors have hosted a competitive field of racers, walkers, families, and kids from all over Tampa Bay. Organized by WOW magazine, the race benefits area elementary schools, this year's recipient is Morgan Woods Elementary. One hundred percent of the net proceeds will support the renovation of their media center.

The Great West Chase now sees over 1,300 runners in three different races—a 10k, 5k and Fun Run. The Great West Chase is a USATF/RRTC nationally certified 10K Run (Certification Code FL23032JK), 5K Run/Walk (Certification Code FL23031JK), and Fun Run.
