Mark McCatty provides a realistic, objective view that can only come from hard-earned experience. His well-rounded background includes nearly 20 years proven management experience in manufacturing and production environments. During this time, Mark spent eight years working to establish and support plants in the Caribbean Basin, and America’s.

During nearly 20 years as a consultant, Mark has helped numerous organizations in Higher Education and Public and Private Sector enterprises to meet the challenge of creating high-involvement, participative work environments. He has assisted organizations in developing strong leadership and teaming practices.
