The holiday season is when local customers search, shop, and decide fast. This 90-minute session shows you how to be ready, even if you have little or no digital marketing experience. Richard will cover the basics in plain English, with real examples from local businesses.

You will learn how to:

→ Set one clear goal and know exactly who you are trying to reach
→ Choose the right platforms and know what to post on each
→ Optimize your Google, Facebook, and Instagram profiles so more visitors become calls, messages, and customers
→ Build a simple holiday posting calendar you can actually stick to
→ Understand how paid ads fit in (a quick overview)
→ Track what is working so you know your return, and decide what to do yourself and what to hand off

Every attendee receives checklists and materials so you can put what you learn into action right away, before the holiday rush.

To get the most out of this training, have these ready:

→ A Google Business Profile for your business
→ A Facebook business page (not a personal profile)
→ A professional Instagram account (business or creator)
