Liz Miniter is the owner of Change Starts Here, LLC, a women-owned and Latina-owned pressure washing and exterior cleaning company serving the Tampa Bay area. She works with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, restaurants, schools, churches, and other commercial properties, providing everything from pressure and soft washing to roof, paver, concrete, pool cage, gutter, and solar panel cleaning. Liz is passionate about building lasting relationships, supporting fellow local businesses, and delivering dependable service with clear communication and genuine care for every property she serves.
