Description
The Pinellas County Commission, Pinellas County Economic Development, the City of Oldsmar City Council and Harrod Properties, Inc. will host a brief ribbon cutting for the newly constructed industrial manufacturing complex, Brooker Creek South at 500 Brooker Creek Boulevard, Oldsmar 34677.
The completion of the facility represents a milestone as the first Economic Development project completed with Penny for Pinellas' Employment Sites Program. The County's public policy goals for Economic Development under Penny for Pinellas include supporting new construction, expansion and/or rehabilitation of office and industrial space to meet the needs of target industry users for retaining and supporting jobs.
