They'll be at the City of Oldsmar Public Library, 400 St Petersburg Dr E, Oldsmar. Case workers will be on hand to review documents, answer questions and help you submit your application for one of our five recovery programs. About the programs The five People First programs provide reimbursement for disaster-related expenses such as rent, reimbursement for repairs you have already made to your home, help buying a safe home, help repairing or replacing a flood-damaged home, and support for local landlords who want to restore units to be rented at affordable rates. Priority for most programs will be placed on households with incomes up to 80-120% of the area median income (AMI) – that’s up to $87,600 for an individual or $125,150 for a family of four. What to bring • Driver’s license or state-issued ID for all adult household members, OR evidence of permanent residency AND birth certificates for all household members under 18. • Proof of residency or homeownership. If owned with a mortgage, bring your most recent mortgage statement. • Documentation of storm-related damage or financial hardship caused by the storms. • Documentation of all household income sources for all household members including three recent paystubs for those who are employed. • Documentation of other assistance you’ve already received, such as FEMA individual disaster assistance.
