We are a highly rated, established driving school with more than 45 years of experience, proudly serving our community since 1978. We provide professional driver education to students of all ages, with a strong focus on defensive driving, safe driving habits, and road test preparation.

We are looking for dependable, patient, and safety-minded individuals who have a genuine passion for driving and working with children and teens to join our team as Driving Instructors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of all ages and experience levels.
• Teach defensive driving techniques and safe driving practices.
• Prepare students for their state road test.
• Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment.
• Work closely with young drivers and their families.
• Help students develop confidence, responsibility, and safe driving habits.
• Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with students and families.
• Follow all company and safety policies while providing instruction.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving habits.
• Have a genuine passion for driving and teaching.
• Enjoy working with children and teenagers and have the patience to teach new drivers.
• Be dependable, professional, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous driving instructor experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training and assistance with certification for qualified candidates.
