Role Description The Warehouse Assistant role at OCM Recycle is a full-time, on-site position based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, the Warehouse Assistant will receive, sort, and pack electronic materials, preparing items for recycling or destruction. The position includes organizing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with inventory counts. The Warehouse Assistant may operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment to move and store materials safely. This role also interacts with internal team members and, at times, customers to ensure efficient warehouse operations and professional service.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Packing tasks efficiently and safely, handling electronic materials with care.
• Experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track materials and maintain accurate records.
• Capability to operate warehouse equipment, including Forklift Operation, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Strong Customer Service skills to support internal teams and assist external customers when needed.
• Reliability in meeting full-time, on-site scheduling requirements in Oldsmar, FL.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or warehouse management software.
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Prior warehouse, recycling, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
