Hetal Shah is a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Executive with a proven track
record of leading large-scale business transformations across healthcare,
reinsurance, and publishing industries. With deep expertise in aligning strategic
vision with operational execution, she excels at driving enterprise growth,
optimizing performance, and delivering multimillion-dollar efficiencies through
technology and process innovation.
Throughout her career, Hetal has successfully led high-impact initiatives including global M&A
integrations and divestitures, organizational restructures, and Lean Portfolio Management
implementations. Renowned for her ability to inspire cross-functional teams, influence executive
stakeholders, and foster innovation, she consistently thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Currently, Hetal serves as a Senior Executive at Quanterix, a pioneering biosciences firm specializing in
ultra-sensitive diagnostics for Alzheimer’s and other neurodegenerative diseases. She oversees all
commercial operations, including strategy, sales, marketing, and customer engagement—driving
sustainable growth and innovation. Her previous leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Bausch Health,
Tyco, and Merck have seen her manage transformation portfolios with budgets exceeding $40M and
teams of over 60 professionals across global markets.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt, Hetal also completed an
executive program at Columbia Business School. Her work has earned her multiple leadership awards,
and she actively contributes to professional organizations such as PMI-NJ and Toastmasters.
Beyond her corporate accomplishments, Hetal is a proud mother of twin boys and a spirited dog, with a
passion for travel and community service. A former owner of a child education franchise, she has played
a key role in advancing child development, athletic programs, and safety initiatives in public schools. She
has been an advocate for youth leadership, public speaking, and early involvement in community
service, raising awareness and engagement through grassroots efforts. Hetal has also supported cancer
and autism foundations by organizing 5K runs and community fundraising events, always bringing energy
and empathy to everything she does. Her extensive experience with children has given her a deep
understanding of how to foster joyful, supportive environments that encourage learning and personal
growth.
